Deputy Miller was dispatched and got in touch with Ricky Becker
Deputy Felsoci impounded Eric’s car, took pictures, recovered items and it’s inventory.
Eric’s signed the form with his parents, saying he understood his rights and agreed to waive them.
Eric’s father, Wayne, contacted the police to retrieve a rented movie that had been collected as evidence from Eric’s car.
Eric and his father went to collect it, Wayne signed the return of property form.
On February 1998 Eric returned to pick up his own belongings that the police as confiscated as evidence.
