Deputy Miller was dispatched and got in touch with Ricky Becker
Deputy Felsoci impounded Eric’s car, took pictures, recovered items and it’s inventory.
Eric’s signed the form with his parents, saying he understood his rights and agreed to waive them.
Eric’s father, Wayne, contacted the police to retrieve a rented movie that had been collected as evidence from Eric’s car.
Eric and his father went to collect it, Wayne signed the return of property form.
On February 1998 Eric returned to pick up his own belongings that the police as confiscated as evidence.

Eric began his community service in May 1998 and completed the hours in August 1998. He spaced out the hours due to ending up working two jobs. He did all his hours at The link recreation centre.
